Answer :

 " Option A - 5th December " is correct

World Soil Day was observed on 5th December.

              World Soil Day :

Soil is one of the most important ingredients of Nature. It contains three times more Carbon than the air does so soil can help the world to stay upgraded with climate changes. 95% foods for humans are grown on soil.

Soil is polluted by many reasons. Of them, industrial garbage and chemicals cause harm the most. Along with plastics and other non-biodegradable ingredients, fuels cause effects too.

To make awareness among people, in 2012 FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) started this event of World Soil Day on 5th December, which later got recognition by United Nations General Assembly. This event spreads awareness of soil for natural balance, agriculture and development.
