Difference between both of them is just that endosmosis is movement of water inside the cell whereas, exosmosis is movement of water outside the cell.

In endosmosis, fluid flows through a membrane towards a region of higher concentration and in exosmosis osmosis fluid flows through a membrane towards a region of lower concentration
