when water boils it does not comes out to the container but when milk boils it comes out whyy?

Water is a compound and milk is a homogenous mixture. when water boils it directly escape without effort. but when milk boils components in it i.e.protien and water efforts and want to escape from it

water also comes out but cannot be seen as it's nature changes and it gets converted into water vapour but whereas milk has less amount of water contain and the density of milk is more then of water so milk occupies air space and the less denser part of the milk which has more kinetic energy due to execess of heat given comes out of the container
