When water freezes, it changes to ice. Is this a chemical reaction? Why or why not?

no .... this is not a chemical reaction because when we heat the water it come back your is inform so we can say it is a physical reaction

No, this is not a chemical reaction as NO NEW SUBSTANCE is being formed.
The water is just changing its physical state from liquid to solid.
The ice (solid state) can be converted back to liquid state by the process of melting or fusion.
