so to make 221 centimetre cube of ice we have to take water which is 221 cm and 4% more of 221 cm latest calculate the actual what amount

221 + \frac{4}{100} \times 221

221 + 8.84

229.84

so 229.84 centimetre cube of water is needed

of 229.84 ml
