when water is cooked in a pot covered with a lid tightly, we cannot see it evaporate but where does water goes since after sometime the water will get loss from the pot..?? Please help me... Plzzzzzzz.. ​

Explanation:

when we cook food in a pot covered by a tight lid the water inside evaporates turning into steam inside the pot by taking heat energy provided by the stove.. as the pot is covered tightly the steam made cannot escape and hence helps in cooking the food by providing it's captured energy in the process of cooking food.

nikita1106: when water evaporates the heat energy provided to it changes water into steam by absorbing the the vaporisation energy and because the pot is covered the steam does not escape. instead it provides its vaporisation energy to the food.
