C. first decrease the increase

On heating ice ,

  • its density increases
  • at 4°C density of Ice is maximum
  • As density increases , volume decreases
  • so volume will be minimum at 4°C
  • Then it start increasing
  • The main reason is Hydrogen bond in ice
