it doesn't change because the boiling point of water is celcius then only the water turn to vapour and change occurs

There will be no any effect on volume of water as the water is just changing its state that is from solid to liquid , the volume of water will only affected when the temperature becomes 100° more than that as water starts to evaporates this effecting the volume .
