When you first keep the water in a container and place it upon flame, you will notice some water bubbles sticking to the surface of the containers.
These bubbles are air. These are the bubbles that you find in lakes,oceans through which fishes take in dissolved oxygen.
These bubbles are found below boiling point of water.
Once the boiling point of water is achieved, the liquid phase of water starts forming vapor phase. This vapor phase is achieved by these bubbles . These bubbles vibrate on the surface of water in order to vapor out into the surrounding atmosphere.
