there are nerves running through our cheeks which also meet the eyes, and the same phenemon which does not allow us to do two things at same time with two different hands of ours takes place, and the impulses are misunderstood due to interference on nasal nerves, which leads to formation of tears to clean eyes of any foreign particles with nose.
