when we blow air on the mirrorsurface that being cooler allows the vapours to cool down and hencecloudy surface is formed. With time the cooled vapours get evaporated as room temperature is sufficient to evaporate them hence they disappear.

when we blow air it contains water vapours and when it reaches to mirror it condenses and that's why the mirror becomes foggy...
