When we boil water, all harmful bacteria die due to high temperature. High temperature causes hydrolysis of Peptidoglycan layer of bacteria and breaks the glycosidic bond between N-acetylglucosamine and N-acetylmuramic acid. Thus peptidpglycan layer destroyed. Then lipid bilayer also destroyed due to thermal vibration of phospholipid molecules. Thus all membrane system destroyed and cellular cytoplasm exposed in water and all harmful poisonous proteins denatured in hot water due to breaking of hydrogen bonds in protein domains. Thus it cannot create any disease anymore. The bacterial DNA also become damaged due to high temperature and mixed with water. But all dead molecules mixed with water those are not harmful for our body.
