When a body is charged, it either loses or gains electrons. In case of becoming negatively charged, the body gains electrons and in case of becoming positivepy charged, it loses electrons.
Since we know that electrons too have mass, i. e. 9.1*10^-31 kg, although very neglible, but it is present. So in case electrons are gained or lost by the body, the multiple of this mass is also gained or lost.
When a body bevomes positively charged, it loses some mass and when it becomes negatively charged, it gains some mass.
