When we chew the grains like wheat,jowar,rice we feel sweet.why?

because when the food goes in our mouth the salivary glands in our mouth release saliva which mix with the food with the help of our tounge and converts the complex food into simple i.e. starch into glucose thus release of salt so when we chew food we feel sweet in our mouth

because the grains has protein in it and the tissue present in our cheeks called squamous epitheriyal abosorb or in take it , when the salivary amylase and he protein comine we feel sweet
