When we come in dark room from light then why we aren't able to see everything

The first thing that happens when you enter a bright space after being in the dark is you (probably) squint. This is a semi-involuntary contraction of the eyelids and surrounding muscles that reduces the amount of light entering by partly shading the pupils. I hope this helps
