when we cut one's arm, the person will not die.. but if we cut veins why the person leads to death.

This happens because the skin is just a covering of our body, but the veins carry oxygenated blood to our to the heart, and if this doesn't happen, a person's heart will not receive any oxygenated blood, and thus the person will die.

BY CUTTING THE SKIN WE WONT DIE. BUT BY CUTTING THE VEIN , WHICH CARRIES OXYGENATED BLOOD TO THE HEART , WE MAY DIE. ALSO THESE VEINS CARRY A LOT OF BLOOD AND ALSO DUE TO LOSS OF BLOOD WE MAY DIE
