This is due to diffusion....

Diffusion is that phenomena in which particles of two different matter gets intermixed and spread on its own ( which means no external stirring or force is required )

One property of the Particles of matter is that they are always in motion..

Particle of water continously moving in random direction....This can be observe when we put Pollen grain in water , it starts moving in zigzag path or make random motion...

Here imagine...we dint give any motion to Pollen grain at all...we simply put it on water....then think how then Pollen grain will move....Pollen possess motion only if particles of water are continously moving...

So due to this pollen grain move un random direction....

Simillarly , You can imagine when salt or sugar added to water , how the particles of water and salt intermixed together...

As particles of water continiusly moving , so they posses kinetic energy..This energy sufficiently splits the salt or sugar particles into smaller particles and spread throughouy the water...

So whrn pottasium permangnet dissolve in water , diffusion takes place...due to which particles gets intermixed and spread througbout the water....Here particles of permangnet distributed uniformly in water....so we see no variation in pink colour in the solution...
