Answer:

Many times, fast or irregular heartbeats are caused by normal life situations, like drinking too much caffeine or having anxiety. But if you notice that your heart is beating quickly a lot, you should consider seeing a cardiologist to make sure you don't have a dangerous, undiagnosed heart condition.

Answer:

1. When doing vigorous physical activities, our body needs more oxygen than usual.

2. To cope up with the increased requirement of Oxygen, our lungs work faster and as a result, our breathing gets faster.

3. The heart beats faster to supply more Oxygen-rich blood to the parts that are working continuously.

4. Due to all this sudden activity in the body, one may feel weak (or) tired.
