When we do vigorous physical exercise then oxygen gets used up faster in the muscle cells so in this process glucose is converted into lactic acid and release of small amount of energy and cause muscular cramps so my que.. Is when we have to take curd then why we haven't the cramps??

It is true that glucose gets converted into lactic acid when we do vigorous exercise but this happens in the case when their is less amount of oxygen available to us. When we eat anything we does not have less amount of oxygen in our body and digestion occurs normally and lactic acid gets digested
