When exposed to greater amount oflight the pupil of your eye is small as it can figure out things with the small amount taken in and as otherwise large amount of light can harm the retina.B ut in a cinema hall amount of light is less and your pupil would have to taken in more light to figure out things and so it takes sometime to become large. That is why we get a blind feeling for a few seconds on entering a cinema hall.

may its help

We are not able to see our surroundings clearly because when we are out side our pupils become smaller because there is more amount light which we want . And when we come in Cinema Hall there is darken so our pupils become bigger and managed to enter sufficient  amount of light ,it take some time so after entering our vision improve after some time.
