Answer:

the pupils of our eyes enlarge in darkness,so that more light can be perceived by our eyes, and thus we can see better in the dark, when there is excess light, the pupils shrink inorder to prevent excess light from entering our eyes.Inside a cinema hall,it is dark, but outside it is lit,so when we enter the dark cinema hall, our pupils take time to expand(10-15 min),thus we have difficulty in seeing for sometime.

Answer:

our eyes adjust to the light in which we are situated. The cinema hall is a dark place and the world outside is bright so it takes our eyes some time to adjust to the new environment and when our eyes adjust we are able to see the objects
