When we find median of a continuous data, if the N/2 comes equal to any of the cummulative frequency, then what do we select as median class? Like here. The N/2 is 45 and one of the cf us 45. Don't we have to select greater?

No, because we have to take c.f where N/ 2 is present. Till now we selected the greater no. because N/2 was present in it. But now you got N/ 2 as c.f so we should choose that . It's not a rule , only to to choose the greater no. , to make it easier they have told this .

Thank you

you have to choose class as median class which has the cf equal to 45.
