when we get out of bed on very cold morning we feel the air of the room cold but when we come backs staying out for sometime we feel the air of the same room warmer.why

Because when we are in the bed due to our body heat the temperature of bed is higher than the room so when we get out of bed the room temperature is lesser than the bed temperature so this was the reason of your 1st question .we feel the same room warmer than the outside because in comparison of outside the temperature of room is higher than outside .THEN that is the answer of your Whole question.

when we in the bed body and cover our body by blanket then the body temperature increase but when we out from the blanket outside temperature is so down and our body balance the body temperature so that's why we feel cold but after some the body temperature is equal to room temperature then we can't feel cold as earlier
