Fleming's left hand rule is used to know the direction of the force on the current carrying conductor experience when placed in a magnetic field perpendicular to the direction of the current.
Fleming's right hand rule is applied to know the direction of the induced current when a conductor is moved in a magnetic field perpendicular to it.
NOTE: if the field is not perpendicular then the perpendicular component will be considered since it's a case of cross product and sin90=1 while sin0=0
we can also know the direction by applying simple cross product method i.e right hand screw law
for force on a current carrying conductor in a magnetic field F = I(L × B)
