The formula of copper sulphate is CuSO4.5H2O.

Thus 1 formula unit of Copper sulphate has 5 water molecules attached to it as “water of crystalization”.

When heated this water evaporates, thus changing the composition and eventually the chemical and physical properties of copper sulphate, like turning blue into white....

Hello dear I am tanwi and your answer is in down

on heating the copper sulphate crystals change from Blue to White there are water droplets on the walls of the boiling tube on adding two three drops of water with copper sulphate and turns blue.

Or your answer

so when we heat the water molecules escape into surrounding and white coloured anhydrous copper sulphate is left Behind and when you heat it . it loses the water of crystallization hence turn white as it is a substance changes its colour from Blue to White.

Copper sulphate turns blue its actual colour is blue on heating .

Hope it helps you
Thank you
