when we jump in swimming pool then we come up why the subadiver didn't come up when they jump in the ocean?

Because that is ocean in swimming pool there is tales in Ocean there is not tales

because the divers make their body streamlined before entering the water and in also ocean their is the large surface which makes them able to create a space for them
