when we jump in swimming pool we come up on top of the water and when subadiver jump then how they didn't come up on top of water why?

In the swimming pool the water density is less, and in the swimming pool we weigh less as there is nothing but water. In scuba diving it is in the ocean, in the ocean the density is much higher compared to the density of the swimming pool. In the oceans there are fishes that weigh more or less than us
