because of the presence of carbon gas inside the bottle which is highly compressed by the cap and as soon as we open bubbles appear.

Answer:

When we open the cap of a cola drink excess of bubbles come out because the drink comprises too much of carbon dioxide and when the pressure is released by opening the bottle, we get a huge amount of bubbles.
