When we put copper sulphate in water, it reacts with water to form hydrated copper sulphate, which is blue in colour.
CuSO4(s) + 5H2O(l) --> CuSO4.5H2O(s)
On Heating, hydrated copper sulphate will again change in copper sulphate and water.
CuSO4.5H2O(s) --> CuSO4(s) + 5H2O(l)
