when we put cuso4 in water, after some time we find the solution. turn blue why? also on heating it,what change will accour

When copper sulphate is put inside water, copper sulphate penta hydrate is formed.

On putting cuso4 in water it reacts with water and forms coso4.5h2o pr copper sulphate penta hydrate a salt which is hydrated. On heating it the water evaporates leaving the cuso4 molecules which are white.
