when we put cuso4 in water, after sometime we find the solution turns blue. why? also, on heating it, what change will occur?

CUSO4 turns blue after adding in water because matter are continously moving and molecules of water have space betwen them. however when copper sulphate is heated for sometime , the blue colour disappears and it becomes white-gray in colour.
