when we put cuso4 in water, after sometime we find the solution turns blue. why? also, on heating it, what change will occur?

CuSO4 is a compound which absorbs water in it. thus anhydrous CuSO4 which is in white color will change to blue to colour in mixing with water as earlier it did not have water but now it has water and it's chemical formula is CuSO4.5H2O When this molecule is heated water escapes and again the CuSO4 changes to white color.
