When we put CuSO4 in water after sometime we find the solution turns blue. Why? Also on heating it what change will occur?

Anhydrous CuSO4 is white in color due to absence of water molecules.
When we make the solution of CuSO4 , water molecules will attach to CuSO4 molecule making CuSO4 . 5H2O.
This is blue in color.
