when we see out of train we see the objects which are just nearly to the train which can be seen easily and they seems like they are fastly going from our eyes..........but the distant objects like hills mountains seems like they are slowly moving why so ?

Usually our eyes cross to focus on a nearby object better. This means that we would most likely be able to see one image much clearer than another which may be next to or nearby it. The bigger an object is, the slower it will seem to move. This is evident when you are moving at speed (driving, cycling etc.) and you look around you; at your surroundings.
