Answer:some of the seeds sink in water and some of them floats on water this is because the seeds that sinks in water are not damaged and can be used for agricultural practice and the seeds that float means they are totally damaged and can be used, this is very old method to check the seed that if they are damaged or all right. similarly when we put egg in a bowl and pore water if the eggs would seep than they are all right and are eatable but they float on water it means they are cannot be eaten.
