When we spray perfume it soon disappear . This process is known as evaporation.

Perfume is a fusion of aromatic oils in an ethanol/water solvent. When we spray perfume, we produce a fine mist of perfume droplets dissolved in the air. The ethanol/water mixture, which is active, evaporates from the droplets within a few seconds, leaving back a droplet of the aromatic compounds in the perfume. These compounds will also ultimately evaporate to produce a vapor of the fragrant molecules. The vapor disperses through the air, dispersing the scent.
