Answer:

When we suck liquid with the help of straw, we actually sucking the air inside the straw which makes a low pressure area inside the straw. So the air outside which has comparitively high pressure wants to rush in the straw but at one end there is our mouth so the air wants to enter from the other end of the straw which is inside the liquid.

So the air in the atmosphere pushes the liquid which enters in the straw and we drink it.
