The pain killer stops the receiving of the electrical impulses from another end of the motor neuron through sensory neuron. It just stops and blocks the messages received into one of the main organ in the brain, by this the pain is effectively reduced in that specific region or area. There are relatively no complications of the neural system, as it only denies the acces to the stimuli and the receptors connected to it, because of which the effector is not responsible for showing any particular effect on the neural system reponse stage. This is also referred to as positive feedback in the nervous system with no negative feedbacks taking place.
