when we tear a paper or cloth where does the middle part vanish does it turn into micro particles?

This is due to the paper or cloth is made up from small ratios or monomers . Which gets deshaped. when we tear it that's why it gets into micro particle

When we cut a paper or cloth, due to imperfect cutting , some shreds or pieces or very small size do fall down in between.. Normally cloth has small fibres of organic polymer molecules. So the molecules on both sides of the cutting edge get separated due to pressure force.
If the paper is being torn with hands for example, there is a high shear force and stress on that material. So the attraction force and bond between adjacent molecules is broken. In this process, due to imperfect tearing, if the material is weak along the cutting line, some shreds do fall down,
