it's just like jumping out of vehicle option.

it also happens because of inertia......

when we toss a coin inside a train and if it is going with uniform speed, it falls in our hand because of inertia of motion.

because of uniform speed of train,the coin goes up with initial velocity and will travel the same distance as train and thus it falls in hands and their distance become equal.

also the coin will either come heads or tails but it will never come equal.

Also Newton's first law of motion says that An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

All this happens because of Inertia of motion....

v = S/T

initial velocity : vi = vf - at. vi = initial velocity (m/s)
