Explanation:

First, while travelling on hills you must have noticed that the roads are twisted I mean multiple turns in short distances. Now due to this we feel nauseous. Why this happens? This explanation is easier to explain one on one in person rather than typing a huge essay. All I can say here is, there is something called utricle an saccule in the middle ear which has a role to play in this nauseous feeling experienced during travelling in hills.

Remedy:

Chew something like mint leaves or gum.

If 1. doesn't help much. Tablet domperidon or emeset 4mg or Pan-D might be helpful. Take one tablet of any of the above mentioned medicine before journey.

Hopefully this will be of help to you.
