When we untie the neck of our bull at the time of ploughing it moves towards plough and it moves towards tub at the time of feeding how does the bull respond differently

There is this art of bull training.. no bull by birth will be tuned to do that. They train it I such a way that the grip or pull off the rope means different in different situations.
