When we use baking soda, instead of baking powder in cake, the cake turns bitter. So how can we use baking soda in pakoras??​

Though we use baking soda in  pakoras, for making it crisp, we dont get a bitter taste because we use baking soda only to a small extent. Only too much baking soda causes food items bitter and metallic.For instance, We just use 1-2 teaspoon of baking soda in for one cup flour
