Social division s in politics should not be encouraged. This is where people from each social group will want to support a leader who comes from their social division despite their leadership qualities. Members of the society should not be advised to choose this path of politics since it develops hatred among the members of the society. It also leads to poor distribution of resources since one supports the  growth of region that elected him
