When we will pour tea leaves the colour of water does not change but when the water will boil the colour is going to change. Why? ( its urgent pls answer me soon)

The color and tasty bits are infused into the water which does not have the same number of solutes. It doesn't require an active carrier to transport through a membrane such as potassium or sodium or helper substance like a neurotransmitter. But the bits of herbs or tea leaves stay put.
