When will a driver experience a greater pressure 100 cm below the surface of water or 200 cm below the surface of water? justify your answer?

Thank you for asking this question.  A really easy but an interesting question to ask. 
So a diver would experience greater pressure when he is 200 m down the water as the height beneath the water is directly proportional to the height. As the formula for pressure is density x gravity x height. pgh. So the greater the height, greater the pressure exerted.
