a moving body appear stationary with respect to another moving body if it is moving with a velocity equal to that of another moving body in the same direction.

Due to this , the relative velocity will be zero .

cyclist appear stationary for a moving cyclist because when both of them moving at a same speed seems to the other stationary for exp when two trains moves together at a same speed the people present in trains feels that trainB is stationary
