when a body travels in straight line it means it is in uniform motion
and when body travels in non straight line it means it is in non uniform motion

a) When the body is moving with an equal change in velocity in equal intervals of time then it is said to be in uniform acceleration.

b) When the body is moving is moving with irregular change in velocity in different time intervals then it is said to be in non uniform acceleration.
