                     Power Of Attorney (POA) is a written legal authorization document that staes that a person can act on another's behalf in private , business and legal affairs. The person authorizing the other is known as Grantor or Donor of the power while the one authorized to act is the agent.

When is a Power Of Attorney needed:

When a person is not able to act on his on behalf due to any mental or physical inability, the agent can be called upon to take decisions on their behalf such as paying bills, selling assets etc.
