Besides the frictional force on the road acting on the body while running there is another kind of friction that acts upon you called drag force. This force counteracts the forward running which means it is in the opposite direction of forward running. Drag force is actually a resistive force acting upon through air which causes deceleration.
               Drag force= 1/2pv²AD
where p is density of fluid,v is velocity, A is area and D is drag coefficient.
